When you insure your manufactured home, you are buying protection for your home, its contents and yourself. With Affordable Insurance Providers, Inc. Agency, you can be sure the protection is unsurpassed.
Physical Damage Coverage

Protection by a Mobile Home Owner Policy covers many different types of damage to your home. If your home is damaged and you need to make other temporary living arrangements, your physical damage coverage will help take care of that cost, too.

Coverage for other types of damages may also be available for your home. Just ask your Affordable Insurance Providers, Inc. representative.

Liability Coverage

You may be legally responsible for an accident which happens to someone else on your property. For example, someone who falls and is hurt in your home may sue you for medical costs, loss of income and damages. These costs, plus legal costs that may be included can be expensive. Your Mobile Homeowners Policy can help in covering these cost for you.
Flood Insurance

Many people don't know this, but most homeowners' policies don't cover the destruction caused by floods. They're useless when it comes to rebuilding your life. Everything you've worked for - your home, your clothing, the new living room furniture - can disappear in a moment.

Affordable Insurance Providers, Inc. wants to share a little secret: the best way to protect your home from flood damage is to purchase flood insurance. Compared with the cost of having to replace your home and all your belongings, getting flood insurance costs very little. And in the case of a disaster, it may pay for itself.

Don't fool yourself into thinking you're safe. Even if you don't live near water, you may still be at risk of flooding. Flood damage doesn't just come from water sources such as rivers and oceans - it also comes from heavy rain, hurricanes, or melting snow. And as weather patterns change, so do flooding patterns. Last year, two out of three federally declared disasters were flood-related. What's more, 30% of all flood claims came from areas not considered high-risk.

We unmask the mystery behind flood insurance. Most property is in a designated flood zone. However, the extent of danger you may face is rated differently on whether you live in a high- or moderate-risk zone.

Flood insurance provides two types of coverage:
  • Building Coverage, which covers structural repairs.
  • Contents Coverage, which covers your belongings.
Talk to your insurance agent now. There's generally a 30-day waiting period from the time you purchase your policy until the time it goes into effect. Which means you need to plan ahead. Floods don't wait for you to get insurance before they strike -so talk to the flood insurance specialists at Affordable Insurance Providers, Inc. today.
